If there’s one thing I really love about technology, it’s that it pays you to be lazy. I mean, why go all the way to the bank when you can just sit at home and press some buttons?
Why go shopping at the Mall when you can order what you want on your coach and receive it at your doorstep? I really love technology, don’t you?

To recharge or buy airtime from Polaris (skye) to another number, dial *833*AMOUNT*PHONE NUMBER#(e.g. *833*500*0800xxxxxxx#).
You’d then be required to enter your 4 digit PIN or the last 4 digits on your ATM card number to confirm your transaction.
Transaction Limits and deductibles
Just like any transaction done using the USSD, it attracts a fee of 10 Naira. There’s also a threshold limit to the amount you can recharge per day set at N5,000 and N20,000 per month (except you are one Business Mogul who is keeping tabs on his containers from China on the sea, I don’t see you using N20k airtime in one month dear).
Also please take note. Don’t be in a hurry to recharge airtime for yourself or another number. Recharges are nonreversible. You get what I mean?
It means if you wanted to recharge 500 and mistakenly added one more zero to make 5000, there’s no begging Polaris Bank customer care to cancel that transaction. Na you and yourself go chop that 5k credit anyhow you wan chop am.
