For those of you who are considering RDP Security, here are some common ways to protect your RDP environment from threats.

#1. Enable Windows Firewall and Antivirus to Secure RDP

Use Windows Firewall to filter out unreliable network traffic. Of course, it may require some effort to manage firewall rules but never disable the firewall because of this effort worth it.
It is also recommended that you install trusted antivirus software to detect and remove security threats such as viruses and other malware.

Hackers often log in using RDP access. After you buy RDP, to prevent unauthorized access, change the default RDP port from 3389 to one of the range 650035-500500.
